Delete your account

You can delete your ATLAS account and everything saved to it at any time, from inside the app. An account is optional in ATLAS, and deleting it is permanent. Here is exactly what happens and how to do it.

Delete it in the app
  1. Open ATLAS and tap your avatar at the top to open the profile menu.
  2. Open the Account section.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Read the confirmation, then choose Delete my account to confirm the second step.
Your account and its data are removed straight away and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
  • your profile (name, email, and the sign-in provider you used)
  • your saved location and observing site
  • your equipment profiles, horizon profile, and preferences
  • any feedback you sent from inside the app
  • your saved session
This cannot be undone. Signing in again later creates a brand new, empty account with a new ID; it does not restore anything from a deleted one. Anything covered by our privacy policy that is not tied to your account, such as anonymous usage analytics, is handled as described there.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your sign-in and cannot reach the button in the app, email admin@m102astro.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request and remove the account, usually within a few business days.
